Students from CSI High School and Staten Island Tech High School joined forces to put on a concert, the proceeds of which were donated to Project Hospitality.

The third 'Gift of Music' concert was held this past Tuesday evening at CSI High School in New Springville. The show featured CSI High School's World Percussion Ensemble and S.I. Tech's Jazz Ensemble. The music was also broadcast live on YouTube that night, with an option for viewers to click to Donate to Project Hospitality. Visitors to the concert were also encouraged to bring non-perishable toiletry items to be given to men, women, and children in need through the agency.

Reverend Terry Troia, executive director of Project Hospitality, believes that music helps us understand one another. "Music and Service are both languages through which the meaning of the human heart is made known," he said.
