Manor Heights is located toward the center of the island, bordered by Westerleigh, Castleton Corners, Todt Hill, and meets the Staten Island Expressway to the north. The area draws its name from the fact that it is adjacent to Manor Road, and from the land elevations within its boundaries. The neighborhood is quiet, and consists mainly of small, one-family homes. Schools within this area are P.S. 54 and Wagner High School, with others in the surrounding areas. Manor Heights is served by the local S54, S57, S61, and S91 buses, as well as the X10, X11, and X31 express buses.
