Stapleton is an area on the northeast shore of Staten Island, bordered to the west by Silver Lake ad to the north by Tompkinsville. Stapleton is one of the North shore neighborhoods in Staten Island. Stapleton and other north shore areas are currently being upgraded and renewed. New houses, buildings, and views are being created in Stapleton. Stapleton is considered a cultural hub of Staten Island with a variety of cultures and nationalities, with art and music venues in and around the neighborhood. With new housing markets, including new apartment buildings being built, Stapleton is an area to keep an eye on for great homes. The area includes easy transportation with local bus stops and the Staten Island Railway stop.
