Ask your agent about their experience. Having an agent with experience benefits you by them having the right connections and skills to sell your house. Ask about their other clients and find out if they are a full-time or part-time agent. Make sure this agent has the proper credentials to be selling your home. Figure out what their approach would be to selling. Ask what kind of platforms will the home be listed on and what kind of photos will be posted.
Ask about former clients and if you could see their reviews from them. Even contact the previous clients to find out what they thought of your potential agent.
