Not being a realtor, there are many things you don’t know about real estate that you would need to know when buying and selling a home. A good agent helps you with the reality of real estate and what you can get for your money and how much you can get for your house. They can tell you what is worth the buy in your budget and area.
Good agents are also good negotiators and will help get you the best price for your new home.
