Have you participated in any of the hikes throughout Staten Island’s parks or attended an open house for summer camps or schools for your children?  If you would like to share photos from any of the events you attended, please feel free to email them to me and I will include in this week’s blog. 

I love to see the snow melting and the green tops of plants popping out of the wet soil.  Now is the time to start planting seeds on your window sill to ready them for your garden when the last freeze is over.  As I write this, the weather is expected to go up to 50.  My kitty actually insisted on going outside to bask in the sun.  Is Mother Nature teasing me?  Time will tell.
