Recently, SILive released an article discussing why and how you should relist your home after it failed to sell. They try to help identify why it didn’t sell and provide tips on how to improve it to help it sell.

A recent SIlive article states that a Wallethub study ranks New York as the state with the 11th highest property taxes in the country.
